FAQ.

  • What payment methods are accepted?

    Payment is accepted via cashier’s check, money order, and online via credit or debit card. Online credit or debit payments will incur an additional 3.5% that will be applied to the total.

  • Who takes care or paying for and receiving materials?

    We arrange one-on-one consultations to aid our clients through the selection process. It is the client’s responsibility to select and purchase the desired materials and finishings for the job.

  • Where will the trash go and who will take care of it?

    Trash will go in a previously agreed-upon area of the property. The client is responsible for the removal of the trash. Our clients do have the option to include trash removal in the renovation price and we are able to recommend vendors as well.

  • Do the contractors clean upon completion?

    We will clean the service area of dust, caulk, tape, paint, and loose debris. Once the work is completed, additional cleaning is at the discretion of the client.
